Reds Payroll Information

As it does with most teams, the Reds's payroll plays an integral role in their strategy from year to year. Often questions will come up about someone's contract status or how much player will make in the upcoming season. There are several reference sites for finding this information such as:

MLB4U.com is pretty accurate even with some of the minute details and clauses within contracts.

Cot's Baseball Contracts is another great resource for contract information, but doesn't seem to have all of the details that MLB4U has.

Baseball-Reference.com has salary history for just about every recent player. Just search for the player's name and then scroll to the bottom of their page.

USA Today has an extensive database that goes back to 1988, but does not show future numbers

Salary Breakdown - created by jmcclain19 for Red Reporter - has a breakdown of the entire Reds 40 man roster and the salaries & bonuses the Reds are in the hook for in coming years.

2007 Salaries - This is Red Reporter's estimate of the amount the Reds paid to every player based on base salary and the amount of time on the Major League roster. (This is purely hypothetical.)

Feel free to add other resources if they are not already listed.
